    Hello,
    I have made a refund to a customer through my e-commerce website (Woocommerce – Squarup API).

    The original transaction was on 4/4/2019,Aut Code:035038. However, the goods was lost, and I made the refund on 6/8/2019 via the API, but it’s still shown as Pending!.

    I am wondering, if the refund was occurred correctly, and when the customer will get the refund.

    Hi @ndukhan

    You should be able to check this from your Square dashboard. You’ll want to check there to see if the refund did in fact get sent if it’s not showing in your WooCommerce dashboard.You may need to issue the refund from Square manually if it did not process through the WooCommerce interface.

    To be clear, is it showing as refund is pending in the order notes in WooCommerce? If so, it’s possible the connection between Square and WooCommerce did not get made properly when you pushed the refund button. In that case please ensure that you’re running the Square plugin version 1.0.38 and the latest version of WooCommerce.
