Hello Mostafa,
Thank you for attending to my ticket and please accept my apologies for the confusion. Apparently there are two plugins WP SMS with identical starting names. Our team had purchased the other one since it was recommended by Twilio. Now we are stuck with a product that has no support or refund.
Anyways, here are a few quesitons:
- Does your plugin work with Twilio?
- Does it have bulk SMS marketing functionality?
- Can we create SMS lists specific to campaigns?
- Can your plugin import data from FluentCRM or WP Users?

- Yes, It’s available in WP SMS Pro
- Bulk SMS supports but it depend on the SMS gateways
- Yes, you can use SMS newsletter feature
- Not really, but you can import the numbers through CSV file in WP SMS
