Redirect URLs from old CMS to WordPress

Hello,

I have a magazine script now that generates two kind of urls:

http://www.example.com/Article/Index/1243
http://www.example.com/News/123

The current system stores those two into 2 different tables, therefore there are duplicate posts numbers.

is there a way to grab the numbers and redirect it to wordpress for the first link and add a value to the second (e.g: 123+1000)?
