redirect target

i have it at http://www.huisjepronkjewail.nl/wordpress
it is in dutch

if you click on the button: “gastenboek/forum” I want a new window to open with my forum.

if you click on the button: “beschikbaarheid” i want a site to open in the main collum.

It works perfectly for the forum.
for the availibilty it does not. i can’t seem to target the main collum. just the whole window or a new window.

If you can solve that too for me you make my day 🙂
