Redirect module

Hi there,

I’m having a problem with the redirect module. It’s the only one I am using.

If I redirect to the homepage (after login), everything’s fine.

If I redirect anywhere else, it doesn’t refresh the browser to be logged in. This is will all browsers. I have even deactivated all other plugins – same issue.

Any suggestions to how to overcome this – I really want my users to be redirected to their profile after they login – but not need to refresh the browser several times to have a logged in status. – anyone heard / experienced / seen this before?
