Redirect loop after changing permalinks

I looked through the topics and could not find one with a response that I understand. I changed the permalinks to show the name of the posts and now none of the pages or posts click through. I get redirect errors on all of them. I tried deleting all odd plugins with no luck.

Can anyone walk me through what to do? All I did was change the permalinks under settings and permalinks.
