I try uninstall and reinstall this plugin my data is still there.
But never fixed my problem
When I activate this plug-in my sites says “www.mysite.ae redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”
But when I deactivate this plug-in its fine.
How can I Fix this? Thanks.

Have you set any custom redirects in your .htaccess file?
Do you have any access restrictions in the Ultimate member settings?
Please try to reset Ultimate member settings in Ultimate member -> Settings and Reset all button.
You can also try to do a conflict test to rule out conflicts with other plugins.

I don’t have any custom redirects to my .htaccess file.
I already reset settings but stil I have a problem
During conflict test. I notice when popup-maker plugin is deactivated and um is activated works fine.
But when Um is deactivated and Popupmaker is activated works fine also.
so meaning both plug-in can’t work at the same time.
But in this case I have a backup site. Both popupmaker and um activated without a problem. ( Also same theme)

Do you have any Ultimate member pages in the popup? We don’t support pages in the popup, so issues and conflicts may occur.
