Redirect & Changed Home Page Name

    Have a new two-page WordPress website. Deleted an old website with same name and created a few redirects with .htaccess of that old site.

    Main Problem
    On the new WP site I named the home page ‘Welcome’;That naturally showed up on Google search. Today I changed the name of the home page from ‘Welcome’ to ‘From the Ground Up’, and also changed the foot info.

    How would I create a redirect 301 with .htaccess for this home page? The only difference in pages is the name of the home page, nothing else. I want ‘From the Ground Up’ to appear in Google Search results rather than ‘Welcome’. Have tried a few different variations in my Redirect 301 without success.

    Is what I’m asking for achievable?
