Recurring Text

Howdy everyone,
Been working on the software for a couple weeks now. It’s seems there are bits of text, both short and long, that I’m putting in all my post. Is there anyway to, or a plugin that, let’s me click a button, or pick from a drop down list of my most used text strings, that when clicked inserts the text into the post? I dunno if I’m even making myself clear. 🙂 It gets tiresome typing the same long paths and such into every post.
If there is no plugin or way of doing this, if enough people want something like that, I’d be more than happy to write it. However I don’t want to spend a lot of time writing a plugin if I’m the only one that’s going to get any use out of it.
