Receiving orders without client checkout information

    We are receiving orders without the client information from the checkout.

    So no name, mail address, delivery address,… nothing

    Hello,

    To start investigating this for you, please provide us with the following information:

    • A screenshot of the order, you may want to use https://snipboard.io – to send screenshot links in this forum.
    • A copy of your site’s System Status Report: You can get it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. 
    • A copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any error is visible).
