Receive Fields

Hi everyone
maybe i am still newbie on this one…
i have place my contact form with many fileds like compnay, coutry etc

but when i receive an email from users i get only their name and email and not the other mandatory field they have completed..

How can i receive all the information i am asking users to fulfill?
