    Hi there,

    I have been using your excellent form for a while. Recently, it has stopped working.

    Problem:
    1. reCAPTCHA is selected, but there is no longer a challenge.
    2- Tapping ‘Submit’ works and the response appears: Thanks for contacting us! We will be in touch with you shortly.
    3. On reloading the page, an error message appears: Form has not been submitted, please see the errors below. AND Google reCAPTCHA verification failed, please try again later.

    Here are the settings:
    Simple Contact Form
    Enable anti-spam protection
    Enable Google Checkbox v2 reCAPTCHA

    May I request your assistance in this matter?

    Hi there,

    Update: The challenge is now working. On reloading the page, the error message, #3 above, still appears.
    I am unsure whether this was always present, as the page was not reloaded before.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I’m glad that you were able to get the challenge to work.

    Reloading the page will reset the reCAPTCHA checkbox and thus the form would not submit without checking the option once more. This is expected behavior. Can you confirm that an email notification is received after the first submission?
