  • Can you enabler the javaScript Console on that page and see if you see any errors in red?

I am having this exact same issue. Live Traffic is turned on but not working. This error just started today. I have not installed or uninstalled any plugins in quite some time, so I do not think this is a plugin conflict, as WordFence was working fine up until yesterday.

The first 6 tabs in Live Traffic say: “No events to report yet.”
The tabs that display content are Logins and Logouts, Top Consumers, and Top 404s, but those are not really “live” tabs, they are moreso logs.

The blocking of IPs is apparently still working. When I go into Advanced Blocking, one of the ranges I blocked says “Last blocked: 1 hour 2 mins ago”.

I am using FireFox. I opened the Browser Console to look for JavaScript errors. I have linked below a screenshot of my FireFox Browser Console with the JS tab active.

Well the screenshot of my FireFox browser console didn’t work apparently so I will just cut and paste what it said.

    There are only 2 errors:

Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented instead. jquery-min.js:3

    content is null tab-events.js:40

Am I the only one who the Live Traffic feature is not working for? Live Traffic still shows “No events to report yet.”

I have tried searching for other posts about this same problem on this support forum.

    I found this post:
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-events-to-report-yet-message?replies=7

    The plugin author suggests

On your public facing pages, please search your page source for “logHuman” without quotes and paste the line you see here.

However, I looked at my front page source code, searched for “logHuman”, and I get 0 hits.

I found another post about this same problem.

    The plugin author suggests:

Check for javascript errors in your web browser error console.

So I followed the advice here http://docs.wordfence.com/en/You_guys_wanted_me_to_open_the_JavaScript_console_-_How_do_I_do_that%3F

I went to the Live Traffic page in chrome, selected More tools->Javascript console.

The only thing in the Javascript console is

Consider using 'dppx' units, as in CSS 'dpi' means dots-per-CSS-inch, not dots-per-physical-inch, so does not correspond to the actual 'dpi' of a screen. In media query expression: print, not all, (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.25), (min-resolution: 120dpi)

I’m at a loss. I tried disabling and re-enabling the entire plugin, but that did not fix the problem. I don’t know what else to do but delete the plugin.
