Instead of Realtr, you should check out our Directory theme. Even though property management features aren’t built-in, you can easily enable them by installing the Real Estate add-on. In general, Directory is superior to Realtr in virtually every way.

I’m not really sure what you’re asking me.
I have total 7 categories and each category has different criteria.
Means I have below fields for adding ads in particular category:
-Region (9 pre-set choices to choose from, if not already specified)
-Available acres (pre-set choices to choose from)
-What will be raised on the land (pre-set choices to choose from)
-Organic Land? (yes or no)
-Water rights? (yes or no)
-Housing? (yes or no)
-Interested in mentoring? (yes or no)
-Looking to: (pre-set choices to choose from)
So each category will be search by different fields. I hope this information clear the my question.

Inside the map there’s a search section you can use to filter through content on the site. Your fields (Acres, Organic land, etc) can be added inside that search widget. In other words, your visitors will be able to search based on categories and based on those fields.
