Im also looking for a realty theme but need something that is free and supports adsense. Doing a free setup for a friend.. so not looking to spend here..

You might try some of the free real estate themes available first and if you have trouble with any of them, you can look on ThemeForest. They have several themes that are $20-$35 specifically for real estate.
