    1. Object Caching is an advanced topic. If you’re a beginner or don’t understand how object caching or Redis works, please hire a developer to assist you, or at least make a donation before asking for help.
    2. If you’re experiencing a compatibility issue with another 3rd-party plugin, please contact the author of the other plugin regarding the issue. This plugin is very unlikely to be the cause of the issue.
    3. If your seeing “Not Connected”, make sure Redis is installed and running on your server and you’re setup the correct Redis connection parameters.
    4. Most issues can be solved by flushing the Redis database.
    • If the plugin is setup and working, press the “Flush Cache” button or run wp cache flush.
    • Alternatively you can use a desktop client like Medis or Redis Desktop Manager.
    • If you have access to the Redis command line interface, execute redis-cli flushall
