Rate limiting?

Love the plugin, have used it for years.

I’ve read a forum reply by you on another topic which states the plugin handles rate limiting. I have a client who is having issues getting the downloads to send, and they have mentioned they were repeatedly trying over several days to get it to work. I’m wondering if there’s a connection here.

What are the rate limits applied, and would it block a user permanently?
