Random Text showing up

Hey, does anyone know why it says “Quotes” in the upper left of my blog? The words relates to a recent blog entry I wrote, but I don’t want it showing up there and don’t know whats causing it. I assume its a plugin because it wasn’t there before when I had no plugins.

Also, is there a way to make my banner clickable and link to my homepage?

I really appreciate help on either of these, thanks.
