Cool but one think. I need something like category. On one page I will show quotes from this category and on other page from different category.
Well, unfortunately, I can’t help you out here – I do not know a plugin that works like that, sorry.
I made one that might do what you want. It is called wp-utterquotes. You can read about it on my blog.

Thank you very much. I am going to read it.
There are dozens and dozens of random quote plugins. I suggest Googling for it and trying some of them, or just looking here:
http://wp-plugins.net/plugin/wp-quotes/
Nice! Maybe I’ll find an alternative to the one I am using… thanks.
Unfortunately, mine is not in that list.
jwurster, your quotes plugin is on crack, doing some strange things 🙂
like the one version you say is set in options, the menu shows up but the link is to manage/edit-utterquotes.php which doesn’t make sense since the o version does not come with an edit file
and the m version which puts the edit in the manage menu works well but it interferes with other things
ie hide dashboard will show a manager menu linked to edit-utterquotes, this link tends to appear out of place where it shouldn’t
any ideas ?
Sorry for not being around in a while. I’ll look into this. If I don’t reply, please email me.
I just checked one of my blogs and found that I modified the edit-utterquotes.php file. Near the top of the file, change the require_once to:
require_once(ABSPATH . '/wp-admin/admin-header.php');
I will also send those who email me, the “o” Options version from my site that is working.
I just uploaded a new “o” zip file which has the edit-utterquotes.php file in it. Sorry. If anyone has any trouble with this please email me as I do not visit the support forum as much as I should.

@jwurster – none of the links for that plugin on your site are working. People can’t leave a comment to tell you about this, because there is no way to register and/or login to your site, and you force people to login before leaving a comment… Can’t find any email info either. If you could post a working link for this plugin that would be great. Thanks.
@webdressing – I just tested the download links on my site and they worked for me.
I had eliminated my contact form and requested users to register to leaves comments because of a lot of comment spam I was getting. I had reinstated the contact form and changed my blog so that anyone can leave comments.
Let me know if I can be of further help. My email address is jwurster at comcast dot net.
