Hi!

For some reason, when I add a “quiz” to my form, then entire form stops working. The form is visible, but I can’t click into any of the fields. Please help!

To add, when I remove the “quiz”, the form works.

Also, when I have the “quiz” in the form and the form doesn’t work, the submit button does work.

Try switching to the default theme.

That worked. Is there a way to make the theme and the plugin work together?
