Quick adsense : virus ?

    Hello there,

    I’m working for a customer who recently saw Google ADs appearing on his site and on certain navigators (Safari&Chrome for example).

    After some investigations, I saw a folder in his FTP account placed into his plugin folder which was called “quick-adsense”.

    I precise that I don’t see it from plugins section in my admin. I also precise that it doesn’t come from my host, I asked to the support if they have enabled a free ADs extension on his site.

    If I delete this folder, it comes back within 24h. Same if I modify its code.

    I just could have disabled it thanks to css and its display:none property.

    I tried to see through the plugins if there was no option for that, nothing.

    Here is the plugins list : Affiliation Manager, All In One SEO Pack, Antispam Bee, Aweber Subscriber Count, Blubrry PowerPress, CM Tooltip Glossary, Commerce Manager, Dagon Design Sitemap Generator, Fix Aweber Accents, Formidable, GetSocial, Hello Bar (Official), LeadPages connector, Menu responsive, OptimizePress, Post Layout, Redirect After Comment Per Page, Related Articles, Revive Old Post (Former Tweet Old Post), SEOPressor, Simple Custom CSS, Simple Image Widget, Simple Trackback Validation with Topsy Blocker, Status Updater, Subscribe To Comments, UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore, What Would Seth Godin Do, Wordfence Security, WP Rocket

    I tried to check the site via several virus detectors (like sucuri), nothing has been found.

    How can I remove this folder ?
