Question Regarding Image Gallery

Hi guys 🙂

I have just started using WordPress very recently so I’m still figuring some things out.
What I was wondering is if it’s possible to get this sort of image effect on a WordPress site, and how I’d go about doing that.
Here is an example of how I would ideally like my pictures to be displayed:

How would I go about getting the pictures to “pop up” like that?
