question about html in a sidebar

    I am trying to install a pictobrowser in the sidebar of my page and I’m not quite sure how to do this. At the wordpress dashboard I have the widget options but assume that is not it. Do go to the sidebar.php in the deit themes and install it there and if so where would I do this. Or can I put it in the sidebar?

    Sidebar.php is the file you want to edit. Create a new div to separate the code from your dynamic sidebar and plug in your new html. I’ve done something similar here if you want to take a look at the code. I’m just displaying static information, but the basic idea is the same.
