question about eventcalendar3

hi, i just installed the eventcalendar3 (like from this site http://wpcal.firetree.net/). its working great and everything but im having a bit of trouble with the templates.

im trying to put the top part that has the Previous and Next months to go on the very bottom of the calendar (under the dates). ive been modifying the template-functions.php page as best as i can, but im really a beginner to php so i have no clue what im doing.

can somebody help me do this? thank you in advance 🙂
