Question about blog categories

Hello everyone.

I have blog http://www.pankasa.pl and all posts have structure like this 2/1, for example here:
http://www.pankasa.pl/co-dziesiaty-internauta-jest-zainteresowany-pozyczkami-przez-internet

Is this possible that one post category will have full width structure? Or is it possible that I could add comments possibility to full width page like for example this one:
http://www.pankasa.pl/chwilowki-online-a-bezpieczenstwo
