[question!] header css problem

<h4><a href="<?php echo get_settings('home'); ?>"><img src="http://gomgom.net/wordpress/wp-content/themes/fjords/imagenes_qwilm/blank.png" /></a></h4>to this header.phpbut in my blog, i cannot click blank.png!!
It was possible before, bur it became impossible
when I changed my header background image.Help me!
ps. if possible, I want to put blank.png to uper side of sidebars, too
