Quality Theme

I installed the Quality theme back in November and since I really like how your home page looks like, I just customized it for my organization. Suddenly, today, a new version is available for download and I downloaded the newest version of Quality Theme. The home page started to display my last posts instead of the front page default. How can I undo it back to the previous Quality Theme version or how can I make your home page as mine? I was able to do that under Appearance – Customize but now I can’t.
