qtranslate issue

I would like to know if you can be of help to me.

My website is https://www.valforex.com. I already have transposh auto-translation plugin installed on the site and has been working with it for years now but i encounter significant issues with it and looking to change. Below are some of the issues i encounter with it:

First, the plugin does not translate every word/phrase and sometimes,
a whole sentence. For instance, in DE, it can leave some words in
English while others are in German language.

Secondly, people have complained that most of the translations does
not make sense when read. I do not understand those languages so it’s
difficult for me to access but when many people have complained about
the same thing, it is likely true.

Thirdly, After publication of a new post, it no longer translates the
post immediately. It goes blank instead and does nothing.

My question is, with all the unique configurations and settings made to my site by the plugin, how will your own plugin assist me in making my site multilingual? Also, will i need to change the unique language urls already assigned to the site by the plugin like http://www.valforex.com/de/ etc.?
