I like that little functionality too! It must be some kind of AJAX goodness. I have recently seen similar features in other places (like for example the Custom Smileys plugin now lets you do the same expanding of the emoticons list without reloading the page).
Who knows a way to do that? With just a code or is it a plugin needed?

I tried the code below (see 1st link) but don’t really function like the one from wordplosion and only works at single.php so I have to use the “more” tag for that to work. Another problem is it only work with FF, not with IE.

I was searching around tonite and I found this plugin, that looks like it would do what what you asked (in a slightly different way).

This hides the Answer behind a screen of red “Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler”. When you mouse-over it reveals the answer underneath.
Looks like you can customize it for other uses besides Spoiler, such as Q&A, or Censoring (hence the plugin name),
