    Hi,

I used the plugin “WP-Polls” on our website in the member area (access only by our club members). How can I ensure that the respective member can only vote once.

I currently have the following settings:
    – Who is allowed to vote? Registered users only
    – Poll Logging Method: Logged by Username
Expire time for cookie and log: 3153600 seconds (0 to disable)

Despite the settings, a member can still vote the next day.

Then I changed the settings (Poll Logging Method: Logged by Cookie and IP). Here, too, the same picture – the member can take part in the survey again and vote.

How should the settings be so that a member can only vote once?

Or is it possible that a member casts their vote several times, but is only counted once?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Are you using the latest version of the plugin 2.75.6?

By default, the user can only vote once also I can’t reproduce the problem on my end

    – Who is allowed to vote? Registered users only
    – Poll Logging Method: Logged by Username
    – Expiry Time For Cookie And Log: 0

The only reason I can think of they can vote again is you are using a caching plugin or the user is not part of WordPress but a separate user/member plugin.
