Program working but displaying an error message

I am using Page Security 1.5.8. Excellent product but I am having one slight issue, The scenario is this :

I create a page and tick the ‘Protect this page and its descendants’ box. I then select a group and click the Add button after which nothing happens. I then publish the page and find that the program has correctly restricted the page to the group I selected and immediately above ‘Protect this page and its descendants’ displays the following php error message.
