You may create a custom member directory and use its shortcode https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/210-ultimate-member-shortcodes#members
To display only user profile photos, you can uncheck all the checkboxes in the “Profile Card” section of the member directory settings and leave only the “Enable Profile Photo” checkbox checked (Ultimate Member > Member Directories > Edit selected directory > Profile Card) https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1513-member-directories-2-1-0#card

I need only the shotcode to display only the profile picture of the person only [um_avatar] did not work

Try this shortcode with the plugin:
[um_profile_info type="image" meta_key="profile_photo" width="300"][/um_profile_info]
i upload the plugin and apply this shotcode
[um_profile_info type="image" meta_key="profile_photo" width="300"][/um_profile_info]
but all user pics is not showing and all user have pics but if i upload the shotcode it will just show blank no image notinh just black space and have enable all allowe image

What are you trying to build at the dashboard page?
I wnat to display both user pics and name so I need both shotcode to work it out differently
the dashboard is where user pcis and name and activity is want to first display the name

OK, first make the Dashboard page the Members page at
UM Settings -> General -> Pages
second step is to tick the “Enable Members Directory” at
UM Settings -> General -> Users
Now you should look at the guide about how to create a New Members Directory for your Dashboard page.

At this Directory page you can build Profile Cards for each User
where you define what to include for the Profile Card explained in this guide

There is also an option to allow Users to hide their Profile from the Directory
which you can set for the Account page’s Privacy tab at
UM Settings -> General -> Account
you are not understanding me I want only the shotcode to show user profile picture i just want to display the shotcode in 4 page so i need the shotcode [] so ones I upload it it will display the pics and the name shotcode also
no I need only the shortcode [] to show user profile picture that all what I need
