Profile display

Does anyone know of a Plugin that will show up people available for work?
A specialist company want to display a persons name and qualifications, a short bio to visitors looking for this particular specialist. They don’t however want to publish the persons private contact details. In the UK it’s a Personal Assistant Register, viewed by disabled people looking for a carer in their area.
