Hello,

Having some issues getting inventory to properly sync between square and our online store which is using woocommerce.

Also, for some strange reason, most of my items in square have duplicated themselves, and I am not able to delete the variation which isn’t really a variation. Screenshot attached. (Well – not sure how to attach a screenshot on this forum)

Any thoughts/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Update:
Not sure if anyone is looking at this post, but I was able to delete the duplicate variations (had to export the items into excel, make the changes then import back into square).
Still not syncing properly. I used to be able to fetch inventory from square on the individual item page, however, that option doesn’t seem to be available anymore.
I sometimes get an error on my dashboard that my site doesn’t support background processing. My host (inmotion hosting) seems at a loss on how to rectify the situation.

Yes I am still having trouble with a few of the items not being able to sync.
