Product Variation Bug

I am using the Divi theme with Woocommerce, and have encountered a very new bug. the problem is EXACTLY as described here, however his ‘fix’ does not work for me.

The problem,is that with multiple sets of variables on a product with the same price, the price disappears. I am hoping someone can give me some troubleshooting advice to fix this bug with php.
