Hi there,
By default, the variable’s SKU should show on the order edit screen. When using only WooCommerce and the theme Storefront, it looks like this:

I do not see the default fields in the screenshot of your order edit page. Are you using a plugin, or perhaps some custom code, to change those defaults and show it that way it is? If that is the case, you might need to troubleshoot either plugin or the code.
Yes, I do use other plugins to add more custom fields to the order page. It’s important for the business.
But, the most difficult thing is that the situation before doesn’t happen with all of the orders.
Just take a look at this order that arrived minutes before I write this reply: https://imgur.com/ULaUHmg
Everything is fine.
Looks like I’m missing out some configs on specific products. Do you have a hint?
You guys have some news or tips that might help me? I was unable to solve the problem so far.
Hi @andrerabelo. If I understand correctly, you have some custom fields for your products and they sometimes appear in the order and sometimes not. Is that right?
Is it always the same products that are missing the reference information in orders, or does this issue happen for different products at different times?
The custom fields are set. Is the orders sometimes show REF and sometimes don’t.
Happens in different products though.
Hi @andrerabelo. Please share your system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply.
Happens in different products though.
Do you mean that the REF could show up or not for the same product in different orders?
Hi there.
I don’t think that’s necessary we take this ticket further anymore.
I and our development team make a fix that makes it impossible for the buyer goes to the checkout without select a variable (product size).
In the last week, we didn’t have this error so far.
