Product sync stuck

    Plugin does not sync the (new) products to Square.
    – WooCommerce has been set as the system record.
    – Square -> Update page indicates “syncing now” – and never exits from the state
    – There is nothing in the debug log
    – We have tried disconnecting and connecting the plugin – no dice.
    – wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wc_square_background_sync_test – reports 0
    – There is a note: site does not support background processing – Which is inaccurate – the problem is with Square plugin
    – Have tried disable Wordfence – no dice

    – We have tried disabling every plugin one-by-one, do dice

    Where does this info come from (your assumption that the reporting is wrong and there is an issue in the plugin)?

    If the message there indicates that it doesn’t support it, there’s something triggering that.

    Hi,

    That was visible in the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Square tab
    – but, that is now gone and there is a log indicating 180 products have synced
    – Nothing was changed, but based on the log it now seems to be ok
    – Need to double check the square end

    While that was the case, the other WP Cron items were running normally, so this was specific to Square plugin only.
