    Hello
I have some products on my website that should be shown without a price because I have added a Request a Quote button. I delete the price and save it, and for the moment is not shown even as a customer. When I open the shop the other time, the price is updated to what it was, so it was not deleted. This problem happens just for some of the products. Could someone please help me in understanding why this happens?

    Hello @tspadm1n!

    Thanks for reaching out!

Could you please consult these checklists?

    1. Do you have any caching services installed? If so, they could be causing the inconsistency with your product prices. You can consult our guide here on Configuring caching plugins.

    2. The issue could also be specific to your system (device & browser). Can you clear your browser cache by following this guide and try again, then send us the results? You can also try it from another browser or even from your phone or tablet.

    3. This kind of problem could also be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. Please run a full conflict test as described here and let us know the results.

Hope this helps! Let us know how it turns out!

    Hello,

1- I uninstalled the plugin I had, waited for a while with no plugin, and installed another one but it was not fixed. For each action, I deleted the price but it got back to what it was.

2- I have also cleared cache from Host, Cloudflare, and Browser.

3- Regarding 3, It would take some time to see if the price will not be deleted, and I can’t deactivate/change the theme or the plugins for that long. Do we have any other option?

To run the conflict test, it is advised that you use a staging/test site instead of your live site. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

    Hello @tspadm1n!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

If you have any additional questions regarding core WooCommerce features, I recommend creating a new thread.

    Thanks!
