Hey @dgdesign!
I’m afraid this goes beyond what the plugin can do at the moment. The plugin will sync your WooCommerce products to the Facebook catalog, then the display of these products is taken over by the Facebook shop page itself.
I’m afraid I don’t know of a way to arrange these products without using something like Facebook collections, which is currently not possible when using the plugin to sync products. Our product team is looking into this with Facebook for a future release, as it’s not something that we’ve intentionally restricted! Though it does seem that collections are only possible when adding products manually to the catalog and not synced via the plugin.
I’m sorry it’s not the best of news this time around. In case I’ve missed something with regards to the shop setup, it might be worth reaching out to Facebook support directly through your account or the community forums. There might be another suggestion that I have not found or seen yet!
If I hear any further news about collections being available within our plugin, I’ll circle back around here to let you know.
Thanks again for the question! Is there anything else I can help out with today?
Cheers,
Simon.
Thank you. at least I now know where to go to look for options. I thought it was through your plugin
Hey @dgdesign!
No problem at all! If there is anything else I can do to help, or if you do find something useful from their team, please do come back and let me know. It would be super interesting to hear and might help other merchants coming across this issue in the future.
Thanks again for your question. If there is anything else I can help with, please do let me know. 🙂
