Problems with updating plugins

    My dashboard shows that I have 3 plugins to update and when I try to update them I get the following message:

    An error occured while updating hRecipe: Download failed. Not Found.

    I have been trying for 2 days with no luck. The plugins are: hrecipe, Quick Cache and SEO Friendly Images

    Is anybody else having this problem or know what to do about it?
