Problems with tags all over headers

Cant find the solution to take care of the mess of tags I have all over the site… I already deactivated all the plugins.. and again activated all one by one but right now I only have the basic plugins that I need activated..
last plugin I upgraded before the problem was feedwordpress.

Can someone help ?
