• Hi,

    I set up on two different websites the contact form seemingly with no issues, and the test email worked fine. However since then I fail to receive the messages sent to the main email address I entered (i.e. the ‘Email to’ in Email Settings); however I do receive the messages through the BCC email address I entered, but that was not really the point of it…

    The email addresses are all outlook/hotmail, but they do not seem to be the problem. Also, for one of my websites the BCC address (which actually receives the messages whereas the main one does not) is the main contact address on my other website; that means that on this very same account I do not receive the messages which I should when I have put this address as main ‘Email to’, but I receive the copy/back-up of the messages sent through another website contact form where I have entered the same email account as BCC address.

    Any idea of how I could fix this would be much appreciated!!

    Hi,

    I had checked this page, and the only thing I had not done was ticking the box to ‘Enable when web host…’. I have now checked the box, and I have done a couple of tests and it is a little hit and miss – the first time it only sent the emails to my ‘cc’ address, but the second time it sent them to both the main and the cc address.

    I will try again at a different time to see if it works consistently from now on.
