Problems with Customizer

    Hello,

    I am using Elementor Pro with Ocean WP (free).

    I was using the paid Hero Themes Knowledge Base plugin, and find that I cannot amend settings for the style of the plugin. I de-activated all plugins but it made no difference. I then switched to the 2019 theme and I then could successfully make changes to the style of the Knowledge Base.

    I then changed the Knowledge Base plugin to the BetterDocs Knowledge Base plugin and again found the same problem. Style changes to their Knowledge Base pages were not saved in Customizer. Again, I switched from Ocean WP to 2019 theme and the customizer started working as normal. However, when I switched back to Ocean WP, the style changes I made to the Knowledge Base were lost.

    Any thoughts on how I can solve this problem?
