I have one page on my site that refuses to allow me to update it, I click on the ‘update’ button after making changes or adding new content and everything just goes white. My web hosts (soon to be ex) are pretty useless and just say they think the page is too long, has anyone else come across anything like this? or any idea how I may rectify this?

    Thanks in advance

    How long is the page?

759 lines, its basically a table full of banners, I have an identical page on another site with the same hosts and have no problems with that one at all.

A blank page is normally the cause of a PHP error. Is there anything in your server’s error log that pops up when you save?

I would not know where to look to be honest and my hosts are offering no help whatsoever

*heh* Okay, do you have a control panel or such that handles the back end of your site? Where you add DBs and email accounts?

Yes its all operated on cpanel

Awesome! Go in and see the error log in cPanel. It should list it.

I have checked the error logs and its totally empty, no errors of any kind.

*sigh* Bad host, no cookies. What version of PHP?
