Problems loading javascript and css with ajax plugin

Hi, I’m using Advanced Ajax Page Loader on a clients site, and I need a reload code for woocommerce to get the js and css files to load. Do you know what I might add to either the advanced ajax page loader or to woocommerce to be able to get it to load all the files needed?
