Problems after installation accessing admin

    First off, I must have performed a billion WP installs before this, but for some reason having problems on this one.

    XamppLite Server on Windows 7 Using Google Chrome.

    After installation, on the login screen, however the login form is still accessible:

    i entered my details, logged in and got this :

    Any idea what’s up ? I can access the blog itself at localhost/wordpress but not able to access admin
