probleme with page editing

    Hi,
    I upgrade wordpress to 8.1 but I have problem with my page section:
    when I writte it’s whitte so I see nothing
    I don’t have the menu where we can bold, italic, add bullet…

    and the menus of Options down the page doesn’t work too

    is it normal? what should I do?
    please help me

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    ok I’m going to try the first option

    for second: I have an optimize press theme, I think I can have problem if I switch to the default one?
