Problem with the theme Zerif-lite 1.4.0

    Good evening friends, I’m having a strange problem with the Zerif-lite theme. I looked in some places some related issue and not found.

    What happens is that when I do the theme upload via FTP and try to activate it by the panel, the following error appears so I click Activate:

    “PHP Parse error: parse error in E:\home\vertentofi\vertentoficial.com.br\web\wp-content\themes\zerif-lite\inc\jetpack.php on line 1”

    but has also appeared: “PHP Parse error: parse error in E:\home\vertentofi\vertentoficial.com.br\web\wp-content\themes\zerif-lite\inc\extras.php on line 1”

    Would anyone tell me what can this be?

    I’ve tried a few things:
    Up the previous version; up the unmodified version, add the theme by the panel itself, create new database and change the folder name in the FTP.

    Please delete the theme and re-upload it again. Have you tried this so far? Please let us know 🙂

    Hi, I’m having the same issue, i reinstalled the theme but didn`t work out..I still having a white page and same error..
    any solution?

    I renamed all the files in zerif-lite/inc directory and commented out all the script in the function page..this solved the issues and now I can access the page. How this will impact on the working and functioality of the site?

    ps by the way..the theme is beautiful, thanks for your hard work guys!

    Hi,I’m having a problem with the Zerif theme
    After download it,I cant edit or delete it.
    I get the same message –
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tgmpa_load_bulk_installer() (previously declared in /home/…../public_html/wp-content/plugins/landing-pages/libraries/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php:2867)

    Try to disable the plugins you use and le tme know if it works then.
