Problem with sort order date

    Hi, i have a problem with sort order at date.

    So, i created a shortcode (Options -> Generate Shortcode”

    I choosed my gallery “Copii” , and after i setting a sort order for all images by DATE – ASCENDING, but don’t work. Only “date” don’t work, i tested other sorts orders , example “”itle,order” and other are OK, but by “date” NO.

    Hi,

    Thank you for confirming that. We’re sorry for the trouble.

    This problem might be a conflict with another plugin on your website. Do you recall installing a plugin or changing an option in your theme lately?

    Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugins and check the gallery ordering. See whether the problem persists then as well.

    Also, if possible, please temporarily switch the theme of your website and see if the issue occurs.

    You can re-activate the plugins and change the theme back again after troubleshooting.

    Please inform us of the results.

    Hi, same problem:

    1. i changed theme with Twenty Nineteen

    2. i deactivated all plugins

    Thanks for testing the suggestion.

    If you would like the last added images to appear at the very beginning of your gallery, could you please try to set the Order Direction to Descending.

    Let us know if this helps to achieve the necessary layout.

    It same problem, but why only sort date don’t work? I tested sort by Order,Title,File size and working…

    Hi,

    We are sorry for the late reply.

    Please note that our development team is working on fixing this issue which appears in particular users. This bug will be fixed in our upcoming version. Meanwhile, if your images are sequenced by Date in Gallery page, then you may set up the Order by to Order. See the screenshot.
