Problem with short link

    The shortlink generator for each post creates an incorrect link

    What happened: I wanted to create a portfolio website using wordpress. I installed my wordpress domain straight to my domain hosting. I created a subdomain called blog.domainname.com. I alsoused DNS forwarding (?) here.
    Later, I changed my mind about this setup and undid the subdomain. Now everything works fine as far as I can tell except the shortlink generator references blog.domainname.com still!

    I am running wordpress through my godaddy domain and hosting. I did the previously listed stuff with the guidance of godaddy support member.

    I don’t know if this helps but the site is jeffreyschwinghammer.com

    What can I do to fix this? I assume its some simple code somewhere.

    i dont see any problem try cleaning the cache folder of your theme also clean the temp files in your computer.
    I recommend DB Cache Reloaded Fix and Quick Cache for clean up your site works well.
